Bend, OR (November 9, 2007) Women's
Motocross Association (WMA) announced that the 2007 & 2006 FIM
Women's World Champion Katherine Prumm of Auckland, New Zealand
will be racing the WMA Drill Tech Women's Cup, Nov. 24th, at the
Cycle Ranch MX Park, in Floresville Texas along with many other
international competitors.
The two-time FIM Women's World Cup
Champion will be running the # 3 Team Green Kawasaki KX 250F at
the WMA Cup. Prumm earned the WMA number three after contending
only four of the six WMA Pro Nationals in 2006. She swept the
first three motos of the 06' championship and won the Thunder
Valley round. The 19-year-old New Zealander will race Ashley
Fiolek for the first time and other top pro racers like Tarah
Gieger, Sarah Whitmore, Vanessa Florentino and many others for
the first time this year.
The WMA Cup continually draws women from
all over the globe to race the unique event that features
multiple girls and womenıs class and the highest paying womenıs
